Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Cloud Carts. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms below.

1. Order Processing

All orders are paid via Zelle and processed only after payment is received and confirmed. Once your Zelle payment is matched to your order ID, standard processing takes 1–2 business days before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

If a Zelle payment cannot be matched to an order — for example, the order ID is missing or incorrect in the memo — the order will not ship until we are able to manually reconcile it. Contact support@cloud-carts.store if this happens.

2. Estimated Delivery Windows

  • Standard domestic shipping: 4–6 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited shipping (when available): 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and high-volume periods may extend transit time.

3. Discreet Packaging

Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box with no product names, branding, or cannabis-related references visible on the exterior. The return label uses a neutral sender name.

4. Adult Signature on Delivery

An adult signature (21+) may be required at delivery on any order at the carrier's discretion or at our discretion based on order value or destination. If no qualifying adult is available, the carrier will hold the package for pickup or attempt redelivery per its standard policy. Packages returned to us after failed delivery attempts are subject to a re-shipping fee.

5. Restricted Jurisdictions — Customer Responsibility

Hemp-derived THC-A, Delta-8, Delta-9, THC-P, and similar cannabinoid products are not legal in every U.S. state, county, or municipality. Legal status changes frequently and varies by product type and concentration.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to confirm that the products being ordered are legal to purchase, possess, and consume at the delivery address. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age;
  • You have verified that the products are legal under all applicable federal, state, and local laws at the shipping address;
  • You assume all risk and liability associated with the purchase, shipment, possession, and use of these products.

Cloud Carts does not knowingly ship to jurisdictions where these products are restricted or prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse, hold, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders shipping to states or localities where the product is restricted. In such cases, Cloud Carts is not liable for seizure, confiscation, fines, or other legal consequences resulting from a customer ordering into a restricted jurisdiction.

6. Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to populate after a label is created.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. For non-delivery, mis-delivery, or in-transit damage, contact support@cloud-carts.store within 48 hours of the tracking update so we can open a carrier investigation. 8. Address Accuracy

Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. Cloud Carts is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses. Address changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.

9. International Shipping

Cloud Carts ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
