Legal & Age Verification Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Cloud Carts (the "Site"), you represent, warrant, and affirm under penalty of perjury that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and of legal age to purchase, possess, and consume vaporizer products in the jurisdiction in which you reside.

Clicking "I am 21 or older" constitutes a binding legal acknowledgement and electronic signature confirming the above. If you are under 21, you are expressly prohibited from accessing the Site, creating an account, or completing any purchase.

1. Release of Liability

You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Cloud Carts, its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to:

• Any misrepresentation by you of your age, identity, or eligibility to purchase;
• Any underage individual gaining access to products through misuse of your account, credentials, device, or completed purchase;
• Any use, misuse, allergic reaction, dependency, illness, injury, or adverse effect resulting from product use; and
• Any violation by you of federal, state, provincial, or local law in connection with the purchase, possession, transport, or use of products purchased from the Site.

2. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party arising out of or relating to your breach of this Agreement, your misrepresentation of age, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

3. Health & Safety Warning

Products sold on the Site are intended for adult use only. They are not approved by the FDA. Vaporizer products may contain nicotine or other regulated cannabinoids, are addictive, and may pose health risks. Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, operating heavy machinery, or have a pre-existing medical condition. Keep out of reach of children and pets at all times.

4. Lawful Use

You are solely responsible for complying with all laws applicable to the purchase, possession, and use of these products in your jurisdiction. The Site is not intended for use where prohibited by law. Cloud Carts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

5. No Sale to Minors

Cloud Carts strictly prohibits the sale of any product to persons under 21. Any attempt to circumvent age verification constitutes fraud and may be reported to law enforcement.

6. Acceptance

Your continued use of the Site constitutes ongoing acceptance of this Agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately exit the Site.
